- Any claim or notification of malfunction must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.

- The warranty covers only internal defects of the ECM, not installation, wiring, or calibration errors.
2.2 For Repaired or Reprogrammed ECMs
- The customer has the warranty period indicated in section 1.1 (one year or six months, depending on the service).
- The repaired module is expected to be used immediately under normal operating conditions.
- Any issue attributable to the service must be reported promptly within the warranty period.
⚠️ 3. Diagnostic Policy
The diagnostic service is not covered under warranty and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The diagnostic process involves technical evaluation and electronic testing performed by ECM ENGINEERING LLC to determine the condition of the module.
- This service requires specialized equipment, time, and qualified technicians; therefore, it has an independent cost that cannot be refunded or claimed.
- The customer cannot request a refund for diagnostic fees, even if they choose not to proceed with the repair or if the ECM is determined to be non-repairable.
- Warranty applies only to the repair portion actually performed, not to the diagnostic evaluation.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage to the customer’s vehicle or equipment resulting from ECM failure or malfunction.
- Improper use, abuse, incorrect installation, or poor electrical connections.

- ECM ENGINEERING LLC limits the duration of all express and implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the stated warranty period.
- No other warranties, express or implied, exist beyond what is described in this document.
- No reseller or representative is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.

Neither the original purchaser nor any subsequent user shall be entitled to recover consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to:

- Signs of unauthorized manipulation or repair attempts
- Electrical overvoltage, short circuits, or reverse polarity
- Physical damage, corrosion, or burnt components
