Include as much technical information as possible to help us diagnose and resolve your issue quickly.
Please include the following information:
- Module part number
- Fault codes
- Current symptoms
- Diagnostic steps performed
- Scanner data
- Oscilloscope results (if applicable)
- Previous electrical or harness checks
Once completed, please package the ECM and ship it to our facility for inspection.
