How to Request an RMA
Important Information
Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that one of the repaired modules is experiencing an issue again. To proceed with the warranty process, please complete and sign the RMA form below.
Include as much technical information as possible to help us diagnose and resolve your issue quickly.
Please include the following information:
- Module part number
- Fault codes
- Current symptoms
- Diagnostic steps performed
- Scanner data
- Oscilloscope results (if applicable)
- Previous electrical or harness checks
Once completed, please package the ECM and ship it to our facility for inspection.
